Send Red State parents a message
The Trump administration opened a portal to report DEI infractions at schools. Their goal is to have parents and staff report any discussion of people of color, gender, or sexual orientation. They don’t want the words Black, Hispanic, Gay, Trans even uttered in our schools.
This is just another attempt to make invisible anyone who isn’t a cis, white person.
The threat behind this is taking away federal funding. Based on reports that come in, they will (maybe) investigate and either threaten to or just take away federal funding for the school. Blue State/District schools are likely to be under attack from this process.
So, let’s flood the site with complaints about Red District schools.
It’s easy to file a complaint. Just go to enddei.ed.gov
Here are some suggestions for how to make an effective complaint to gum up the works:
Don’t use your real email address or name. If you have an anonymous email, you can use it. Or just make one up that could be realistic.
Use Search or ChatGPT (or your favorite AI) to search for politically red counties in your favorite Red or Swing state. For example, you might ask the AI, “What are the most politically red counties in Texas?”
Then, ask or search for the schools in one of the districts.
Get the address of the school. If you want to make your post more realistic and waste more of their time, go to the website for the school and gather information to make a realistic complaint.
Fill out the form at enddei.ed.gov
Have fun!
